Below are the server rules for AceGamerZ Private Server, the rules are set by the staff at AceGamerZ and are in place to help keep order in the server. We expect every player to follow these rules and will punish those who break them.

The staff at AceGamerZ have the right to change the following rules anytime they want.

#1.0 - All Players playing at AceGamerZ Private Server must respect all the staff equally. Every staff member is here to help you, every staff member is the same, they are here to help you and make your life easier at AceGamerZ.

#1.1 - We Strongly Advise players do not ask the staff for items, this includes but not limited to; Gears, Pets and AGPs. The drop rates are fairly high to get yourselfs going.

#1.2 - It is against the rules to use any bots, hacks macros or anything that will give you as an individual an advantage over others in fair game-play.

#1.3 - Do NOT PK any Staff unless there are special circumstances*. Staff members are here to help you and are not here to be PK'ed for the help they give you.

#1.4 - If you believe a Staff member is abusing their power, or is suspected of having an advantage which is against fair game-play**,contact Ace[PM] or email haci@acegamerz.com

#1.5 - Swearing In Broadcast or Public Channels is against the rules this includes covering up swearing words with different characters such as *****, the game is aimed for everyone to enjoy, including children.

#1.6 - Advertising other servers or websites is against the rules, There are no exceptions to this rule.

#1.7 - Any player that has a(n) Racist, Abusive or Discriminating name in their Character, Pet, Legion or Family Name will have their name(s) changed without any prior warning or notice given to the character.

#1.8 - It is against the rules to scam any player, this includes but not limited to; Trading Gold instead of AGP's, trading the wrong item/Pet other than what is agreed on the deal.

#1.9 - Staff members will not get involved with any player related problems this being player, legion or personal related. However if the situation gets out of control and involves other people the staff members may get involved to get the situation back under control.

#2.0 - The staff members are not allowed to trade any items which a player has acquired by donating to support the server, players are responsible for their stuff once they have been handed over the item.

#2.1 - The staff members are not allowed to share their account info with other users, required checks will be done as often as needed to ensure that only the person given the position is logging onto the account.

#2.2 - It is against the rules to make a Broadcast in any language other than English.

#2.3 - It is against the rules for players to take actions which goes against the following rules.
  • It is against the rules for a player to family pot in PK Tournament.
  • It is against the rules for a player to gate jump in Legion War.
  • It is against the rules for players to enter a donation house without permission.
#2.4 - It is against the rules for players to abuse a glitch or a bug, this includes glitches which do not benefit you in any way.

#2.5 - It is against the rules for any player to harass a player who has donated to the server. Players should be thanking them for supporting the server.

#2.6 - It is against the rules to sell anything within the server for USD or any other currencies. This includes but not limited to; Trading accounts for accounts, Trading with other servers, buying from other servers for stuff within the server.

#2.7 - If you donate to acegamerz and for some reason your payment doesn't go through or gets chargedback, you will have 48 hours to make the donation again or your account(s) will be banned.

#2.8 - If you purchase Auction pets by USD and can't make the payment within 48 hours of auction closing, your account will be banned till the payment is made.

There are many punishments for the above rules which the staff will issue to a player depending on how they feel on the situation, each case will be dealt with accordingly. below are the punishments which you may receive for breaking a rule starting with the smallest to the most severe punishment.
  • Warning
(warnings are usually given for first time rule breakers in most cases, there are a few exceptions where warnings will not be given)
  • Item Taken away
(If you break a rule the item can be taken away from your character, this would mainly be selling donation items specified in the rules)
  • Character Mute
(character mutes are usually given for players who are rude to staff members, or break a rule involving public Channels)
  • Account Ban
(Account bans are usually given to players who do not learn with a warning, this is usually given on the second time a rule is broken)
  • IP Ban
(IP Bans are given in the most severe cases. these will usually be but not limited to; scamming, hacking or advertising)

Please note that the punishments are given depending on what the staff at Acegamerz feels is right for the case, each case may be different but the punishments are given on what the staff feels is right to help keep the peace on server.

*Special Circumstances will mainly be events held by staff
**Staff Personal Trades is excluded from this rule.
